Beautiful spacious house. Super clean and everything worked. Large garden with a nice table and chairs for eating outside. Hot tub was superb, shower excellent. Very quiet, no traffic noise. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive.
Some of the sharp dividers between the slabs in the garden seating area are pointing upward, which two guests found out by slicing their feet on them. The bed at least in the main bedroom was not very comfortable - however, someone who likes a very firm mattress might be perfectly happy with it.

The sofa and beds were super comfortable, and the house beautifully decorated throughout. The hot tub was fabulous and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was amazing for sherwood forest and pubs/shops in edwinstowe. Owners were responsive and provided extensive information pre stay.
Missing a few essentials to make the visit more comfortable - mirrors and bins in the bedrooms (2 out of 3 bedrooms had no mirrors at all, and no waste paper bins at all), lights in the garden, parasol in the garden table, BBQ, speaker in the kitchen for radio/music
