My stay at the Radisson blue resort in Phuket was a pleasant and memorable experience. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality, friendly and attentive service, and the care the team showed throughout my visit. I had two rooms with private pool and they were worth it. It was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and I was impressed by the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I especially appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff especially Jam. She was very helpful and polite. Always had a smile on her face. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and courteous, and their attention to detail made a real difference. Breakfast was extremely enjoyable and staff in Broadwalk restaurant were always friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and greatly enjoyed my time at the hotel. Thank you once again for your excellent hospitality. I would be very happy to stay with you again and recommend the hotel to others.

Bit away from the town so need to consider this but we were fine with that as it’s absolutely peaceful and relaxing

Neues Hotel, direkt in der Nähe zum Flughafen Phuket, kleiner Überweg zum Strand. Zwei tolle Pools, sehr nettes Personal. Das war zu unserem Zeitpunkt gerade fünf Monate alt daher in einem sehr guten Zustand. Zimmer schön und Zweckmäßig.

Nichts. Alles war an diesem Hotel so wie wir es erwartet haben.

The location was good and there was no noise but it was far from many shops.

The hotel didn’t provide enough facilities as I expected.
