1. Almost like butler service, very friendly and attentive staff
2. Nice atmosphere, laid back with enough interesting activities for kids despite not having a kids club
3. Facilities are well maintained for the hotel age, but certain parts may not be kids friendly (for below 3 years old)
4. Nice to have outdoor shower but would be great if toilet is indoors as well.

We went there with 2 young kids. Staff are nice and helpful. Even my kid is sick, they recommended a hospital and arranged transportation for us. Also provide out of menu meals for my kids. Appreciate that. But they don’t have child slippers and toothbrushes. Would be great if they are included
