Paradise in Phuket

This hotel is excellent. The attention to detail is exceptional. Walking around you will see gardeners taking care of all the flowers and trees, even the pebbles on the pool filters are cleaned. None of the maintenance is intrusive to your stay. All staff are friendly and go out their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean, good attention to detail. I loved the turndown service where you get additional water, trash emptied and basic tidying. Just the perfect relaxing stay and the nicest Meliá I have stayed in.

There’s nothing to fault, the only thing I will say is it’s maybe not for people who don’t like nature. You will see small lizards, frogs etc. as it’s very green around the grounds. Not too well lit at night but you can hear the wildlife. The shower is sort of outside (don’t worry it’s not indecent ) but if you’re afraid of any of these then it might not be the place for you.

Some staff members seemed frustrated, unmotivated, or simply tired of providing proper service. We were greeted with a very cold “What can I do for you?” not even a “Welcome” or “How was your flight?”. I had booked 2 nights but we only stayed 1 night, as they refused to grant a late check-out, claiming the hotel was full, even though it was almost empty. They also charged us extra for our 5-year-old child, just because we hadn’t mentioned it in the reservation something we have never experienced before in any luxury hotel. Overall, they were not commercial at all, and the service was far from 5-star standards. The only pleasant experience was at the pool, thanks to the French-speaking manager who really paid attention to details. Having stayed in many luxury hotels over the years, I would not recommend this property for a relaxing holiday or a few days in Phuket. However, it can be convenient if you need a place to stay before catching a flight, as it is close to the airport.

I will not recommend

Location is good

I did not like the room, first of all the bath was dirty, even it was raining during the day, but you know the time when the client is coming. The bed was wet , I know that Thailand humidity is high, and it’s not my first time in Phuket, but I could not sleep because of wet sheets. Food I ordered was not good but pricing like in Singapore. We had cheaper food in more expensive hotels in Phuket.

Beautiful pool villa, and two excellent swimming pools both on the beach. Good small gym with new equipment and daily activities if you wanted to take advantage of those. Excellent staff. Truly beautiful unspoilt beach!

The staff were wonderful, very warm welcome and keen to help. The ambiance of the hotel was beautiful with lovely flowers, bushes and trees. The pool was amazing and the food excellent.

We booked a suite with an outdoor bath and double sun bed but were unable to use this part of the room. Outside each block was a huge bank of noisy air conditioning units which meant that it was unpleasant to sit outside the main room. We walked around the resort and found this to be the same throughout the resort. Its a hug problme morning, noon and night.

Offering a villa with a private pool of 0,9cm depth is a shame! Can you call this a pool? I can use it to clean my feet’s but not to swim on it. Best pool with decent size you can find in Noko Phuket! It makes no sense paying high prices and getting a fake product! Why should I book a villa with a private pool when you cannot use it! Hotel is very far from any restaurants or supermarkets or any attractions

Will never comeback

There is a beautiful beach that is easily accessible.

Located far away from the central area of Patong in Phuket, is a bit of a journey, taking over an hour to reach if we want to see or buy somethin. It is situated near the airport, in an empty area. The services provided at this hotel are quite disappointing. Upon checking in, we were shocked to find that there were no towels in our room. After calling the front desk, we had to wait for 20 minutes before finally receiving them. The lack of towels continued at the swimming pool, despite calling the staff five times and waiting for them about 45 minutes. Frustrated, we gave up and walked back to our room feeling cold and wet. The pool staff also lacked professionalism. The breakfast offered was underwhelming, so we decided to skip it altogether. Additionally, the prices at this hotel were exorbitant, at least two to three times higher than other places. We were extremely disappointed as we had been looking forward to our trip to Phuket. Staying at this hotel was our mistake for not thoroughly researching it beforehand.

This little place was paradise it was so fresh and modern.

It was sooo tranquil, such a nice way to start a long holiday to totally relax. The staff were all so friendly and the pool area was the absolutely amazing.

The sea water was very rough, I don’t know if it’s because of the time of year or just the location of the property but there were so many signs not to swim in the water. The property was quite far out from all the excitement which meant we needed a scooter to explore but it was still absolutely perfect.

The stay experience was great, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. At the front desk, I had a strongly flavored drink. The exterior of the building is so beautiful that it's astonishing, and the layout of the guest rooms is elegantly simple. The outdoor bathtub allows entry to the room through the shower area, which is the layout I envision for my ideal home.

The beds in the courtyard were quite dirty, which is understandable considering they endured heavy rain. However, even the sofa at the foot of the bed was dirty. The beach appeared as though it had been abandoned.

Superb

We liked the most are the privacy, cleanliness and the option of breakfast menu. Halal options are available, the hotel uses mostly halal product. One of the staff, ms. Maria assigned for Sasa restaurant is super helpful, she is a moslem and offered to assist us choosing the right foods, they are delicious.
