This is a cosy homestay in the "posh" area of Sands End / Fulham / Hammersmith / Wandsworth.
Bex, the hostess, goes more than the extra distance to welcome you: she and her sweet cat Rizzi are more than nice.
There's nothing bad as such; while the bathroom is shared, this is all made clear up front. The only slight issue I had was with the shower temperature, but that might have to do with the unusually hot weather for London.
Be aware the tube is not very close by; if you want trains you need to travel to Fulham Broadway, Imperial Wharf or Clapham Junction, which isn't a major hardship, but the tube isn't just a couple of minutes away.
