The location was good and positioned well for Olympia. A comfortable bed. Reasonably close to West Kensington tube station.
No power in our room on arrival so spent the first night in the dark! This was fixed the next day. The number for the property on booking.com did not answer but there was good response from the staff numbers provided at the hotel itself. The hotel responded well. The boiler being located directly outside our room in a damaged cupboard made it very hot.

Location perfect for Hammersmith tube snd local shops. Yorkshire Tea sachets in the room as complementary drinks just wonderful!
Communal stairs up to rooms could have done with a little hoover but the room itself was spotless. Small double room but very well presented.
