Great hospitality staff. Room is very clean and bed is extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient. 4 train lines, directly to the airport and to the city center. Also, there is bus terminal in 3 minutes so you will not worry with the transportation at all. I come back to this hotel every time I go London!

Perfect allocation, comfortable room and clean.Kind service at reception.I do not give 5 stars because breakfast buffet I miss some cold food (ie: Cheese or ham). And one of the lift was out of order within 4 days.Those are not reason for going back,anyway. I will

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! Well supplied with quite a spectrum of food items, it was an embarrassment of riches.
The room was considerably larger than I expected. Sometimes hotel rooms in the UK are quite small. This one certainly wasn’t small. The staff was most helpful. I arrived two hours early and the staff allowed to leave my luggage with them until I came back to register later. I was most appreciative!
