Walk to Public Beach Access! Breezy Hampton Condo

Comms from property manager are very quick (Kudos!) Living spaces have been updated (paint, furniture). Kitchen was adequately stocked for us to prepare simple meals, good shower pressure, ac works well. Long front wall in spacious kitchen worked well for indoor storage of 9’ surfboards, food bags, etc. . TV room was nice additional space. Plenty of towels provided. Two dedicated side by side parking spots for the unit. Drying rack. Railing out front to also dry beach clothes. Location was great with an easy walk to main strip and beach.

The unit was not cleaned well. Shower pad still dripping wet when we entered. Feet very dirty in 10 mins after showering and walking in unit . I cleaned the visible clumps of dust off the ceiling fan blades. The 7’ ceilings made it quite noisy from upstairs unit people walking around. Uneven floor was not a big deal until realizing the toilet wobbled and was “leveled” with dish sponges. Bath was not updated like rest of unit… maybe it’s a phased approach. Bed ok. Couldn’t figure out the wifi (no instructions) but that may have been my fault and the cell signal was adequate. AC pretty dirty and we’re Breathing that stuff.
