Brand new 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom luxury condo located one block from the beach. Unit will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV, and large closet area. Spacious living area features a 60" TV, pull-out sofa, kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new appliances, and lovely dining area. Common outdoor area has comfortably seating and features beautiful views of the Hampton River and marina. One block to beautiful Hampton beach and all of the charm of the unique beach town.

The Condo is a perfect getaway. It’s clean comfy and has everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The Hosts are available if needed !
