Studio Condo 2 minute walk across the street to the beach.

Shawn was very responsive whenever I had a question. I stayed in Unit 1 last year, so I already had a good idea of what to expect. The Green Briar is a charming old motel that has been converted into one-room condos. It’s like a cozy hotel suite, perfect for our needs w/ kitchenette. We only stayed one night last year and two nights this year.The condo was very clean, updated, and comfortable. I appreciate that they modernized it while still preserving some of the nostalgic, retro charm.I’ve been coming to Hampton Beach since I was a kid, so I love the classic beach motel atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights is the location…the beach is directly across the street, and the boardwalk is just a short walk away. It’s far enough from the busiest part of the boardwalk to be a little quieter, but still close enough to easily walk to everything.We were in town for a concert at the Casino Ballroom and really enjoyed the pleasant walk to and from the show.The condo comfortably slept all four of us for our two-night stay and had everything we needed. A huge plus is the parking space too! Thank you for sharing your charming condo with us! We hope to stay here again the next time we’re in Hampton Beach.

Good place for couples for a weekend stay, right by the boardwalk plenty to do within walking distance. And beach across the street

Cute and cozy for an off-season getaway. Responsive host.

The location is great. It's quiet and right across from the beach. The futon was more comfortable than expected and the Keurig and small fridge worked fine. This is essentially a small hotel room so no cooking facility except a microwave. We understood that from the listing so it was fine but there were no amenities at all for the kitchen. The can opener in the draw was filthy, there was almost no silverware and no plates or cups. We had to buy supplies. The cupboards and drawers were dirty inside and pretty much empty. no bowls or dishes. I made tuna salad in a paper cup. LOL!
