Steps Away from the Ocean, Sand and tons of Restaurants. The Seashell Stage (with free nightly entertainment!) and Casino Ballroom are just a few Steps Away, as well as both of the strip's Gaming Casinos. Steps Away from the Water Slide, Mini Golf, Arcades and the Blue Ocean Discovery Center (with a touch tank!). Steps Away from lots of Unique Shops and plenty of Night Life. Steps Away from Relaxation. Steps Away from Fun!
Steps Away has been newly renovated. It is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, brand new stove/oven, Air Conditioning, Bed and has cable television with OnDemand and Showtime (not that you will need it, you'll be at the beach!). There is ONE (1) Covered Parking Spot.
Queen size bed and a pull out sofa, there is also room for an Air Mattress in the Living Room.
Monday Night Movies on the Sand.
Weekly Firework shows on Wednesdays
Nightly Entertainment on the Seashell Stage and much more!

Unit was cute and clean. Only issue we had was with the parking we have a full size Ram quad cab and we did not fit in the space provided and had to pay extra to park in a lot at the end of the street for the weekend.

Stayed for a couple nights in the off season for the Smuttynose Half Marathon. Location was perfect and walkable to everything we needed to do. Would be a worthwhile choice in close proximity to everything in season for sure. Ideal for a single person or couple, would be harder space wise for multiple people to stay.
