This 2nd floor open concept unit sleeps 4, one bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living area, 1 bath and fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, wireless internet , one parking space. My husband, son and myself rented from a very friendly couple who greeted us at the door and showed us around. Personal touch. We enjoyed being just a block from the beach. This was much better than being on the "strip" where it was noisy, but this location was an easy walk to get to the restaurants and stores. Highly recommended. The family may not rent this one again, but also owns another nice but bigger condo in the same complex. Parking on the property for one car was a great bonus. The cost to park for the week is high at the surrounding parking lots. Weather great for the third week in Aug 2019. Hot days and cool nights. Thanks Dan and Bobbie

This rental was awesome. Owners were very friendly, personable and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Will definitely be renting from Dan and Bobbi again

Great location just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Well maintained 1 bedroom unit with lots of space. I can't wait to book again next year.
