Porta Romana Gateway - new roomy apartment

Lovely spacious apartment in very nice district . Lots of food and drinks places nearby , easy journey from Milano nCentrale Station. Can walk into city centre in 30 minutes.

Only problem we had was not being able to get air conditioning on. Luckily it wasn’t so hot and opening windows cooled the apartment down. The owner and mgt company were responsive to messages but we did t realise there was a problem until late at night . Some instructions would solve this problem- I can see it’s a reoccurring issue looking at reviews .

El apartamento es amplio, limpio y muy cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de metro de Porta Romana que te conecta con el centro de Milan en minutos. Y el tranvía también. El dueño del apartamento está completamente pendiente de cualquier contratiempo que tengas para solucionarlo. Es muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%

Por ponerle un pequeño "pero" que solo tenga un baño, es lo único que echamos de menos, que hubiese tenido al menos otro más, pero por lo demás para nuestra familia de 5 fue PERFECTO

Il manque des couverts, une passoire, un tiré bouchon... quelques équipements. Il manquait du gel douche.

Excellent location, close to Porta Romana. Clean, spacious.

No air conditioner for 3 days - while outside temperature was 30+ Celsius. (Luckily, we could open the window during the night for fresh air. It was not so lucky that the courtyard was quite noisy from early morning). The key is in a locker about 100 m from the house. The host sent us a video about where to find the locker. It was difficult to follow, shot in the dark. We were quite astonished - an address would have been much easier…. (Not to mention that the host - or agency - sent us the access codes for the wrong apartment when we arrived. - Which they corrected immediately when we phoned them. - Not sure what we would have done if we had arrived a few hours later, during the night. The apartment was fairly basic, furnished to bare minimum.
