Parking, view, 2 balconies, refreshments, tips on recycling, also - above and beyond connection with host!
Sloping of ceiling, making sure not to bump your head being a taller person - although noticeable when booking that it would be the case.

The apartment host went above & beyond to make the stay welcoming, including complimentary drinks, snacks, beach towels and so on. The terrace was lovely and the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. 5-10 min walk to the nearest beach, and 10-15 min walk into centre of Monopoli.
The bed was a little uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard, and the building is a bit noisy.

The location was great, with easy access to parking. I also really enjoyed the nice terrace and the beautiful view. The air conditioning was a big plus, especially during the warmer days. Access to the apartment was very convenient with the code, and communication with the property owners was easy and efficient.
I would have preferred a slightly softer mattress, but that’s just my personal preference. Other than that, everything was perfect and smooth!
