Le Calette House - Puglia Mia Apartments

L'accueil était de qualité avec nombre d'informations sur les bons plans dans la ville. L'hôte a été réactive face aux questions que nous avons pu avoir (notamment sur des points logistiques durant notre périple). La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, une bouteille d'eau nous attendait au frais dans le frigo. Le balcon est sa table sont agréable pour pouvoir manger et profiter de l'extérieur. L'appartement permet d'atteindre le centre rapidement à pied, la plage publique est également à quelques minutes à pieds.

Nous avons découvert que la salle de bain n'est pas attenante à la chambre et nécessite de traverser la cuisine commune. Il y a peu voire pas d'équipements pour cuisiner ou se restaurer. La cuisine est commune à une autre chambre, il n'est donc pas facile de s'organiser ou projeter un repas chaud dans le logement.

Das Apartment befindet sich in der 5. Etage und ist mit dem Aufzug gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Apartment mit der Küche und konnten vom Balkon das Meer sehen. Der Balkon bietet ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 Personen. Das Apartment ist frisch renoviert. Die Möbel sind ansprechend und man kann sich in der großen Wohnküche gut aufhalten. Die Matratzen sind bequem. Alles war piko bello sauber. Die Managerin Giulia stand uns bei Fragen setz zur Seite und sorgte für einen angenehmen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Zentrale Lage zum Einkaufen, zur Altstadt, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe verfügbar.

Es gab nur 1 Weinglas und 1 Speiseteller. Die Vorrichtung zum Handtuchtrocknen auf dem Balkon könnte optimiert werden. Die Wohnungstüren sind nur mit einem Zahlencode zu öffnen.

La struttura è veramente bella, pulita, centrale senza essere in mezzo al casino. La casa ben tenuta, la pulizia è la prima cosa che si nota. Vicinissimo si trovano botteghe, bar, pub, tabacchi, macchinette self 24h. Insomma davvero posizione ottima.

Il parcheggio non sempre facile da trovare sotto casa, un paio di giri occorrono prima di poter collocare l'auto.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to the beaches, as well to the city center which is stunning! Giulia was amazing, always there for us :) Upgrade is that besides the long 9 digit code for entering the room, you can open the apartment and the room by clicking the button on the link you’re provided with.

Room & bathroom: •Photos of the apartment are misleading. There is promised private bathroom, however, it is separated from the room itself, so you need to always bring the key (even in the middle of the night). And there is no way to know which room you’ll get, from my knowledge. If you don’t leave the room door open, you need to bring your phone to the bathroom to be able to enter your room again. •Rooms are not soundproof as written, we could hear our flatmates. •We do understand that this type of apartment is not B&B, however, the same rules apply for the ones staying 3 days or 2 weeks there, as the towels and bed sheets are not changed during your stay. •If you want to detox from your phone (like we wanted), you won’t be able to do it, as you always need to bring it with yourself - otherwise you won’t be able to enter the apartment and the room. Shared kitchen: •Lack essetial appliances (e.g. plates). It only has small pot, that you can barely prepare something in it. Overall, it was a decent experience, compared to what you can see on the photos provided.
