Great location and great communication with Francesco before and during. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Good walking distance to the beach (the closest one is currently closed but there’s more options if you walk a little further down) and close to loads of restaurants. The roof terrace is a godsend in the heat as there’s a nice amount of shade and sun up there!
The road outside was a little noisy at times but I think most places in Monopoli would be the same

Location
The room was to dark with poor lighting. Aircon didn’t go below 24 degrees and noisy. No water , water jug or coffee & milk in the room .
