The property was exactly like the pictures on Booking.com. Very spacious and clean. The washing machine was a great addition. The kitchen was fully equipped although no electric jug for making hot water for tea. We had to use the microwave or a pot on the stove but that worked. We liked the property itself.

Knowing how hard it would be to find parking in Monopoli, the ONLY reason we booked this property was because it offered parking. But when asking about the parking, we could only have it for 2 nights not 3. We had to find parking quite a way from the property. The cost of this had increased since our booking confirmation but that happens. The bed was very hard with no softness at all. Even though the Booking.com confirmation says the City Tax was included and we paid Booking.com the correct amount, we were asked on the last morning to leave EUR12 on the table for the tax and EUR15 for parking. The tax shouldn't have been charged to us and it was also an incorrect amount. It should have been EUR6 not 12 which was the NZ$ amount.

L’appartement est très grand, très propre, et parfaitement équipé. Un garage (en supplément) très grand ce qui est très appréciable. L’emplacement a même pas 10 min du centre historique et de la mer. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement très bien équipé. Équipements de très bonne qualité. Garage en supplément appréciable Proche du centre ville à pieds.

J’avais effectivement lu dans d’autres commentaires que le train était pas loin mais que sa ne gênait pas … Peut-être que nous n’y étions pas à la même période mais malheureusement le train passe toute les 30 minutes et fait vibrer tout l’appartement.
