The property, located on the fifth floor of a quiet apartment building (with elevator), has an excellent location, just 100 meters from the ancient historic center and the beaches of Monopoli, in a quiet area where you can park your car.

The apartment is completed by a spacious eat-in kitchen with a four-burner stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer and toaster.

We stayed 5 nights in Monopoli. The apartment was very large, very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and the old section of the town (a few minutes walk). Michele was an excellent host but because everything is in such good order we did not need to bother him. Great experience.

Large and spacious apartment which is fully equipped with everything you need. Michele, the host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location is fantastic, 5 min walk to two different beaches and 10min walk to the old town. Having a car space and an elevator was also very helpful for our family.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et confortable. Pour découvrir la région, l' emplacement est idéal. Et la ville de Monopoli est agréable. Notre break d'automne est réussi.

A deux pas de la vieille ville et de la mer, un très agréable appartement. Propre, parfaitement aménagé, confortable et très spacieux. Michele est un hôte très courtois et très agréable.
Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Une place de stationnement dans la résidence sûrement très utile l'été mais nous avons toujours pu nous garer dans la rue.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette magnifique région.
