Location, easy access to all the facilities and the city centre. Not to mention the beach - just around the corner
To be fair, hard to say and to find something I didn’t like. I’d say, a washing machine would have been a great addition.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Kennedy. It is only a 5 minute walk to the main square. Walking distance to beach and the Old Town. It was immaculate throughout. It is an ideal apartment for a family and can sleep up to 8 comfortably.

Propre bien équipé et bien placé devant la mer, à 10' du centre ville, proche commerce, parking devant l'appartement, hote disponible et sympa
l'appartement est en RDC donc il y a des grilles sur toutes les portes et fenêtres, pas de lave linge (pourtant c'était indiqué comme tel).

The place is missing many items. Kitchen items, art work , coffee table, we were not able to open patio metal door. The lighting over the dining table is too bright.
