STAY Regina Apartment

Very nice apartments. The pool was clean, and the location is great — close to both the beach and Lidl. When we arrived, there was a small issue with a leaking tank, but it was fixed very quickly. Since we checked in after 8 p.m., we were pleasantly surprised by the host's thoughtfulness: they provided us with snacks for the evening and breakfast for the next morning. Overall, these are wonderful apartments, and we highly recommend them.

When we booked the apartment, we did not notice any information about the security deposit. However, it is now clearly visible in the listing, so future guests should be aware of it. As we were working remotely during our stay, one of the neighbours once asked us to be quieter, even though we were only working and talking during the day (from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.). It was a bit amusing because in the evenings some neighbours were often much louder. However, this seems to be more of an issue with the thin walls than with the guests themselves. It was also not entirely clear how the air conditioner and the water heater worked. We managed without the air conditioner by using fans, but unfortunately we could never properly figure out the water heater, so we often had to shower with either lukewarm or cold water. Fortunately, the weather was very hot, so it was not a major problem. The listing states that all guests can use the sun loungers by the pool. However, some neighbours would reserve them early in the morning with towels and then leave for hours without actually using them. This is, of course, more of a guest behaviour issue than something the host can control. Unfortunately, on the last day of our stay, the internet was not working at all. We contacted the accommodation's support team, but the issue could not be resolved during our stay. Since we work remotely, we had to cancel a few meetings, which was the main inconvenience we experienced.

Sehr gute Lage, die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Top Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Kein Check-in. Zugang mit Code und Schlüssel Box. Kommunikation über Mail und WhatsApp. Sehr gute Preis-Leistung.

In den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes, keine Reinigung durch das Personal. Reinigungsmittel sind aber vorhanden.

Apartamentai buvo puikūs, švarūs, tvarkingi. Dar buvo net daug kas nauja. Net gavome sutiktuvių lauknešėlį. Tikrovė net geresnė nei nuotraukose. Labai rekomenduojam. Vietą nuošali, ne centre miesto. Naktim tylu. Baseinas pakankamai nemažas. Viskas👌
