Zadbane zamknięte osiedle, dużo zieleni, czyste baseny, balkon, miejsce parkingowe, wygodne łóżka (choć trochę krótsze niż zwykle). Kilka saszetek kawy, herbaty, cukru i soli. Do plaży Venus beach 10 minut na pieszo, blisko do Lidla. Poza sezonem cisza i spokój.
Brak jasnej informacji dotyczącej użytkowania basenu. Szukaliśmy miejsca z basenem i sprawdzaliśmy czy można korzystać w lutym. A tam na miejscu duży znak zakazu pływania. Po kontakcie z właścicielem uzyskaliśmy zgodę, jednak trochę nieswojo się czuliśmy w basenie, kiedy obok stoi wielki znak zakazu. Brak proszku do prania lub choć jednej tabletki oraz ręczników papierowych. Trochę daleko do centrum.

Lage ganz gut. 2 Pools. Der Kontakt mit der zuständigen Mitarbeiter:in via WhatsApp war angenehm und unkompliziert.
Anfahrtsbeschreibung könnte etwas detaillierter sein. Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Plastik-Türgriffe quietschen extrem. Grund für die eher schlechte Bewertung ist allerdings die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer wurde mit Sicherheit schon Wochen nicht mehr gereinigt. Wir haben die Wohnung sauberer hinterlassen als wir sie vorgefunden haben.
