הבית מאובזר עד לפרט הקטן ביותר, יש חשיבה על הכל ואפילו כשהודענו שאנחנו מגיעים עם בן שנה וחצי כריסטינה דאגה למשחקים עבורו.
אין מזגן בסלון ובתחילת ספטמבר זה קצת מאתגר, יש מאוורר תקרה ובסלון ומזגנים בחדרים העליונים,קיררנו כך את כל הבית.
