Kings Palace - Elegant 2BR, Sea Facing with Pool Views

The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk to Lidl and the nearest bus stop, and only 8 minutes to the well-equipped Venus Beach (with showers, changing rooms, toilets, and sunbeds). It’s also close to the archaeological Tombs of the Kings site, with plenty of diverse restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable lounge with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony offers a lovely sea view, perfect for watching sunsets. The host, Jen, was very welcoming and accommodating. We also appreciated the option for a late checkout at 6pm for EUR 50.

The main drawback was encountering occasional cockroaches in the bathroom several times during our stay. We didn’t report this to the owners until the end, but they assured us they would have addressed it promptly had we informed them earlier. Additionally, there was a slightly unpleasant smell from the A/C in one of the bedrooms, but it was a minor issue as we used fans instead.

Great location near the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Within the apartment complex there is a pool for residents (and guests). Very clean apartment, well equipped with everything you may need for comfortable stay with family (we travelled with children). We had amazing host - Jen, who provided clear instructions, which I appreciate a lot.

The tap water from the drinking water filter tasted strange and the smell of the cleaning detergent, used before the arrival, was extremely heavy

We had a fantastic stay in Paphos and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday at this property. From the outset, communication with our host was excellent - clear, timely, and informative. We received comprehensive instructions about the property and how to access it, which made our arrival smooth and stress free. The home itself offers lovely sea views from both the dining area and the balcony, which is perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The swimming pool is a great size and was never overcrowded during our stay. It’s also supervised by a lifeguard, which was very reassuring, especially with children. A real convenience was the nearby supermarket, just a short walk away, making it easy to stock up on anything we needed. As for the beach, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the nearest one is among the best in the area, specially if you enjoy sandy shores. Jen, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. She provided us with great local recommendations and even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer, which was much appreciated. She truly went above and beyond, definitely a super host! Thank you so much for helping make our holiday one to remember. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
