It’s new and fully equipped in a simple and functional way. Big modern bathroom, high ceilings, kitchen has all you need, big bedrooms with supportive mattresses, functional furniture. In a world of hotels implementing glass walls for bathrooms, this is a breath of fresh air - back to common sense design. Location is perfect too - by a school in a quiet neighbourhood barely 5 mins walk from town. Complimentary wine, coffee, snack was a delight!
Can’t complain honestly! I stay in a lot of accommodations and this one was one of the most functional ones. I guess parking could be tight in peak season but that’s not in the owner’s control.

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Geschäftsreise nach Mainz! Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett neu und entsprechend makellos sauber, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage, super bequemes Bett und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, professionell und jederzeit erreichbar über WhatsApp. Klare 10/10!
