A truly magical Christmas Market extended weekend.

Everything !! - the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was fabulous, with the attention to detail second to none. Our room with the view over the Rhine exceeded all of anyone’s expectations. The atmosphere in the Irish bar was perfect - live music after 9pm - WOW !! A very big thankyou to Hajo and his team - well done.

Well located, clean and fun spot!

An incredibly clean room with a very comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The Irish pub was the place to have fun in town.

There was some music from the pub at night, which did not bother us but might others.

Great location, great pub! Beautiful town!

Overall a good stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and the location is right in the middle of it all. They do have limited parking out back at the rate of 10 Euro per day. There is a game lounge and several quiet places to read or just have alone time. There is also a refrigerator with drinks that you can take and then pay for upon checkout as well as a free tea and coffee station. The breakfast was sufficient but is located just down the street.

Just a few things would have been nice to know before booking. There is a train track across then road from the hotel. Many trains go by every hour and it was very noisy if you have to leave your windows open as we did because it was quite warm during our stay. There is a pub downstairs and they do have live music on the weekends. So, it got quite noisy with the he music and the people outside being loud. Again, if you can close your windows it does alleviate a lot of the noise though we could still her the thumping and music until late into the night.

The hotel did not provide breakfast, a bit of a let down.

The view from that hotel room was a shadow of what it might have been, the noise from the Irish pub was excessive after midnight, despite being on a high floor.

Great stay, will return.

Exceptionally friendly staff, able to communicate very well in English. Very festive pub with great live music. Very nice large clean room with balcony overlooking the river. If you don't mind the noise from the downstairs bar this is an excellent choice. Great location for all main activities and restaurants.

What a wonderful experience. What made everything so exceptional, was the staff. The customer service was excellent. They truly went above and beyond. Prior to our arrival, they communicated with us and answered our questions. We went with another family (3 children) and they were so friendly and accomodating to the children. They were helpful with suggestions on where to go and where to eat. The hotel itself is very authentic, the pub is below the rooms as well as an outdoor area with live music - that is one of the reasons we chose it. We will return, the staff were just amazing!!

Tolle Unterkunft, wenn du ein Pub liebst und dich etwas Lärm durch das Pub nicht stört, weil du selber gerne dabei bist. Hajo und sein Team sind eine glatte 10. sehr aufmerksam, tolle Begrüssung und um einen besorgt. Es gibt kein Essen und Frühstück, aber alles um die Ecke. Nicht mit Kindern geeignet, aber für Reisende, die Geselligkeit mögen, der ideale Platz.

Beste Lage um die Gegend zu erforschen

Die Lage ist perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Drosselgasse sowie diverse Lokale sind in nur paar Minuten erreichbar. Den Abend kann man sehr gut im Irish pup ausklingen lassen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Live Musik im Irish Pub, nur die Treppe hoch, war man im Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Sehr hell und alles ordentlich. Es war alles da und fehlte an nix. Sehr zentral gelegen und Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch. Alles im allem, uns hat es gefallen.

Wir fanden die Lage (Nähe Drosselgasse) super! Die Kombination aus Kneipe mit Livemusik und Hotel ist einfach genial! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten sehr viel Spaß! Sehr sehr nettes Personal! Top!

Ein Frühstücksangebot hätte es perfekt gemacht. Aber in der Nähe gab es reichlich Angebote!

Čistota pokojů, příjemný personál

Při příjezdu nám byl nabídnut pokoj s balkonem, s tím, že bude lehčí hluk, hluk byl každou noc do 1 ráno, doporučujeme bydlet ve vyšších patrech, než je první podlaží pokoje číslo 3. a 4. Za celý pobyt, jsme se vůbec nevyspali, protože hudba byla extrémně hlasitá a končila kolem 1 ráno Nerespektují noční klid pro hosty.

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal

Lisa an der Rezeption ist wirklich sehr lieb und hilfsbereit! Wir haben sie zwecks Ausflügen bzw. Schiffsfahrten gefragt und sie hat uns sehr nett weitergeholfen. Auch bei Parkplätzen konnte sie uns weiterhelfen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut.

Wir waren gleich das erste Zimmer im 1. Stock bei der Treppe und haben natürlich etwas vom Barbetrieb mitbekommen, aber das war uns bewusst wie wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben. Die Badezimmertür ließ sich leider nicht komplett schließen.

Top hotel, op top locatie!

Perfecte locatie, zeer schoon en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Je weet dat je boven een kroeg zit met in het weekend live muziek. Wij vonden dat juist erg gezellig!!

Gezellig en goede herinneringen aan overgehouden.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en parkeren bij het hotel (in erg druk centrum). De Ierse pub gaf wel een extra dimensie met de live muziek. Echt in het centrum en alles op loopafstand.

's Nachts is er veel goederentreinverkeer en dat is zeer duidelijk hoorbaar. Er was geen airco dus met open raam slapen. De locatie was niet goedkoop maar dat is de hele regio niet.
