Zentrale Lage, Ausstattung, Größe, Spiele und Bücher für Klein und Groß vorhanden.
Leider, in einem Altbau normal, laute Nachbar:innen, die an 2 Abenden unseres Aufenthalts jeweils eine Party gefeiert haben. Aufgrund des 2. Schlafzimmers konnten wir in das andere Schlafzimmer ausweichen, was sehr positiv und ruhig war.

Das Geschreie der Grundschule schon um 7:30 morgens gegenüber. Leider sind die Fenster zu schlecht für diese Geräuschkulisse
