Gunma san is extremely helpful and will give you great advice, let you have a very nice japanese style homemade breakfast made by his wife, nice beef sandwich and excellent music at his bar nearby. He speaks excellent english and is a very friendly and helpful guest

玄関のオートロックキーが開きにくくて、なかなか開けれず泣きそうでした

洗濯機(洗剤含む)無料、調理器具や食器も一通り揃えてくださっていました。連泊の旅でしたので、大変ありがたかったです。ウェルカムドリンクのドリップパックコーヒーは地元で作られたもの、地元の銘菓も置いていただき、随所にオーナーさんの気配りを感じました。
バーにもお邪魔しましたが、常連のお客様とも楽しくお話しさせていただきました。
漫画コーナーに設置予定の漫画も読ませていただき、ありがとうございました。
・トイレの注意表示(座って使ってください)が英語表示のみのため、立って使用されたんだな、という状態に何度か遭遇しました。日本語表記もあった方がいいかもしれません。
・部屋で使用できる物干しがあれば嬉しいなと思いました。(ランドリールームにあった物干しは、大きめサイズだったので共用部の物だと思いました。)
