Close to the entertainment venue. Extra facilities like air fryer and toastie maker that you don't get when you hire through park. Easter sweets and biscuits left out to decorate. Towels and cleaning products provided, so lessens the amount you have to bring with you and essentials like milk and toilet rolls. Earlier check in and later check out than booking directly through site. Communication with the owner was responsive and very accommodating.

Just a few minor downsides, but nothing that outweighed the positives of staying here. it is an older caravan and the heating isn't the most efficient system, so took a while to get it to a comfortable temperature. There was an additional portable heater provided that was used on the colder nights in the bedrooms. Entertainment passes are not included, so there is an additional payment per head on arrival if you want to use the site facilities. Booking for site activities also can't be done in advance online when booking privately (because no booking reference). Waiting till you arrive on site meant that all the free swimming was booked up all week and some of the more popular activities.

Communication was very quick and easy. Everything was prepared even the heating was already on.
