The small Villa West is an extension from the 1940s. A copy of the historic main building from 1928 (Neues Bauen). In the small villa, 80 square metres, there are 2.5 rooms with sleeping facilities, a spacious kitchen, 1 guest WC and a shower room (the kitchen and a large room with a view of the greenery are on the ground floor). A small staircase leads to the 1st floor, where the shower room and the other two rooms are located. Here too there is a view of the greenery. The extension is designed after the main house. The main house was built by Alfred Gellhorn in 1928 and in the garden there are still small original parts of the old historic garden from that time. A small path meanders through flowers and trees to the small entrance patio with stone benches. A small romantic oasis to have breakfast outside or soak up the sun. The small villa is located on the green Goscurth Platz with meadow and old trees, in the middle of Westend and close to the centre of Charlottenburg. The transport links are very good. Outside the front door is a small rock garden with parasol and benches to relax. The transport options are great. The trade fair can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. The Havel and forests can be reached by bike in 6 minutes. Shopping facilities are nearby. Please contact us immediately after booking. You are undisturbed in the small villa. Originally planned as a pure villa colony and named after the elegant London neighbourhood, some parts of Westend today have an urban ambience with typical Berlin apartment buildings. The centre and shopping mile of Westend is Reichsstraße between Theodor-Heuss-Platz and Steubenplatz in Neu-Westend.
