TopDomizil Apartments Checkpoint Plaza

Was met outside by the host, over 30 minutes early. She spoke English as well as Spanish. The location is on a quiet side street off of popular Frederichstrasse. It has a large kitchen with pots, pans, utencils and cleaning supplies. The refrigerator is large and works well. The bathroom was large and good water pressure. It was much a much larger room than expected. The view from the balcony overlooked Checkpoint Charlie, less than a block away. The neighborhood has many places to eat, historical sites and grocery stores. It is off of two major streets and minutes from a U stop.

The building had to be entered from a side entrance., not from the nearest entrance and elevator. The shower had visible mold and mildew in the grout. Pigeons gathered on the balcony making noises and leaving large piles of defecation.

Great location, a lot of galleries and food nearby, but the street the building itself is located on felt private and calm. Really good French restaurant across the street. The balcony is a lovely touch, we had breakfast there. Huge + is the water pressure in the shower!

De bedden.

Keuken en badkamer. Geen heet water in keuken. Afwasmachine was kapot. Oven was kapot. Badkamer stang douche was gebroken. Viel steeds naar beneden. Vloer vies. Verlichting overal maar 1 lamp die branden . Andere deden het niet.
