Malagasuite Villa Flamencos Private Pool

Very easy check-in, we were constantly kept up to date. Location was great, plenty of places to eat or get a takeaway (all our food was outstanding), very close to Puerto Banus, just a quick taxi ride away. There was an Aldi supermarket 2 streets away which was very handy. The villa contained every single thing you could possibly need, even down to providing nail varnish remover & pads. The pool was also amazing, we spent a lot of time in it!! The pool cleaner came half way into our stay (we came for a week). It was also very secure, with a solid large gate at the front that can't be opened by anyone apart from the key holder and locked automatically from the outside & also had an intercom system if someone rang the doorbell. It was very private with no one overlooking the garden or pool. Each room had its own air conditioning unit which was amazing & worked extremely well as we all like sleeping in different temperatures.

It only had 2 garden chairs & 1 sun lounger which was broken. We asked for another one (it shows 4 sunbeds in the picture) and were told 'no, there weren't any'. We didn't have any hot water for 2 days but that was mainly down to the useless maintenance man that said he'd fixed it when in fact he hadn't. The hosts did their best to get people out to fix it so there was no issue with them! It needs some updating as there were a few broken handles etc, my sons bedroom blind wouldn't go all the way down so he was woken early.
