The area is nice and the manager polite, but overall the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail is disappointing.

The manager and location was nice

We booked this place for our family and would NOT recommend it. For the price they charge, the quality is far below what you’d expect. They even charged us extra per night for a baby cot (reduced from €15 to €10 after we complained). To put this in perspective: a brand-new baby bed costs around €45, so charging that kind of fee per night feels absurd and like squeezing guests for every euro. On top of that, when we arrived, we were told the key to the front door wasn’t available, so we had to go through the garage every single time — a ridiculous detour, especially when going to the pool. We even had to ask random neighbors daily to open the door that connects the building to the swimming pool, which is not an ideal situation with a toddler. Several neighbors told us this is a common issue with Airbnb guests, and it’s understandably stressful for residents to constantly be interrupted at random hours. The host still refused to make an extra key, even though it’s a standard one. Inside, the basics were missing (not even salt or pepper), the shower barely works, and the place simply isn’t clean. My child’s feet were black just from walking indoors, and outside the flowerpots were full of cigarette butts — my son even picked one up and put it in his mouth. One of the blinds in the living room is broken, so it’s always dark, and the pictures online definitely don’t match reality.

No estaban las llaves y no pudimos quedarnos en el alojamiento. Nos avisaron estando allí y tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento corriendo. Pésima experiencia. Si es cierto que la chica encargada de la gestión estuvo pendiente y nos devolvieron el dinero al momento, pero el propietario ni contestaba al teléfono.

El alojamiento nos encantó. Todo estaba muy limpio, cuidado y con un ambiente acogedor. Pero sin duda, lo mejor fue el personal: atentos en todo momento, amables y con una disposición que nos dio mucha tranquilidad y confort durante toda la estancia.
