Villa estilo mediterránea con Piscina, Jardín, Bbq y Jacuzzi - VILLA BEL AIR REAL

Very comfortable for a big family of 7

2 Rooms were clean, spacious, and well lit. The other 2 rooms were small, clean but very, very poor lighting. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Kitchen well equipped. Bbq area perfect and very well lit. Office staff quick in answering and trying to help to solve problems. My family and 8 had a great holiday, thank you.

The photo shop on the main floor where living and dining are disappointing and misleading. It is so much smaller in size. Extremly poor lighting. The pool area very run down, no Grass just earth. The gate and door to the pool can not be locked. You can just close it. The gate to the front door also can not be closed. When u get the keys, if the house u get 2 keys. Only one works, and it's to the front door. The complex has two entrances. One is next yo the house, and the other is right on the other side of the complex for private car of private houses to go in and park in front of their house. This house doesn't have that facility, so when you come with ur laugage and shopping and the first gate doesn't open eith the code, it's not easy at all. This happened to us. Friday afternoon, they decided to change the code, and we were stuck until we were then given the other code to be able to come into the complex and house. This would all have been avoided if a key to the gate would have been handed to us. We were a bit scared as twice we had people overlooking the outside wall trying to see or come in, as they saw us, they left immediately and could not secure any of the outside doors. Nit the one going to the garage, not the one from the house to the pool. The pool filters and lights don't work, although we complained and took 2 days for someone to come to fix it, it stopped working again. Mobile given for contact is always off or out of coverage. We managed to speak to someone through the message system and were reasonably quick in answering, trying to fix the problem. E.g. Microwave broke, and quite og bulbs were fused, and they immediately sent someone to replace both things

La casa está muy bien, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, perfectamente equipada, lo de tener una piscina para nosotros solos era una pasada, ademas un wifi que funciona muy bien.

La piscina esta en el agua turbia, no sé si por un exceso de calor o cual era el motivo. El césped no está bien cuidado, para tenerlo así pondría césped artificial.

lo que no me gustó fue que abia muchísimo cucaracha tanto por el techo como las paredes el segundo día tuvimos que dormir fuera de la casa sbia cucaracha en la cama y por todo lados emos notificado al anfitrión y la solución era de mandarlo a fumigar con nosotros dentro y eso está prohibido ya q cunado fumiga ay q estar 24 hora fuera de ka casa no nos ofrecieron otra estancia si no que ellos decías q no tenían ni idea q abia bichos nada más tuvimos q estar pendiente toda la estancia tanto para dormir como con la comida ya q abia en la cocina entre los cubiertos era asqueroso les emos mandado fotos y lo único que nos dijo que era cuatro cucaracha aislado q eso no era nada no les importó q convivieron con esos bichos emos pagado para estar tranquilos en nuestro vacaciones y tuvimos que estar limpiando la casa para quitar los bichos ya que no uvo otra solución de parte del anfitrión
