Beautiful beachfront townhouse in Costalita, set in an exclusive complex with direct access to Saladillo Beach.
The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area that opens onto a private terrace and garden, with a barbecue for outdoor use and direct access to the communal swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and tropical gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and open-plan, integrated with the dining space.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). One of the bedrooms overlooks the pool and gardens, while the other enjoys beautiful mountain views. There is also a terrace on this level.
The second floor offers a spacious master suite with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with stunning views of the sea, the pool, and the surrounding gardens.
The property benefits from direct access to Saladillo Beach, a wide 3-kilometre sandy beach with showers and facilities. Popular beachfront spots such as La Antigua restaurant and Pepe’s Beach Bar are just a short walk away.
Private outdoor parking for two vehicles is available right in front of the entrance.
