The second floor offers a spacious master suite with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with stunning views of the sea, the pool, and the surrounding gardens.
The property benefits from direct access to Saladillo Beach, a wide 3-kilometre sandy beach with showers and facilities. Popular beachfront spots such as La Antigua restaurant and Pepe’s Beach Bar are just a short walk away.
Private outdoor parking for two vehicles is available right in front of the entrance.
