The location is good for access to the city centre (about a 15 minute walk). The choice of games was excellent and we highly recommend the "Lord of the Rings".
There wasn't anything we didn't like but did feel a warning about the steepness of the steps to the garden area would be useful to anyone with mobility issues or has small kids.

Convenient and comfortable
When we arrived there was an issue but this was very quickly resolved by the owner.
Nothing than the initial issue but this was sorted and the Georgina was very helpful and apologetic.
