Swansea is a lovely place to stay and I would recommend visiting all the museums to get the history.

The room was very small and the bed could not reasonably be called a double for 2 average sized people. Anyone larger would be falling off the sides. If the bed was any bigger you would not have been able to move in the room.

It’s like they took an apartment for 2 and said it was enough for 3, also the internet is atrocious.

It was clean when we arrived, the location was fine and it’s near a good pizza place.

The room was too small for 3 people The beds were small and the blankets weren’t big enough There was no changing the bed sheet unless paid The bathroom was very poorly put together The soap and shampoo were not enough The internet was very bad The fridge was small The cupboards were only enough for 2 people, not 3

Good walkable access to Swansea city centre; good communication from the host; clean bedding & towels: easy to park; all essentials were there

A bit too budget friendly for us, despite essentials being there the infrastructure let it down; security by other guests using the same outer door was lax & cleaners left our door unlocked; toilet didn't flush very well. Pictures on the website were misleading

Unsatisfactory, poor service and lack of safety during stay.

The location was useful and close to town and beach.

The property wasn’t clean in places, it smelt of fags in the property. And we don’t smoke so was very unpleasant during our stay. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the window didn’t open. The front was often unlocked and wide open, which is frustrating as we would shut it and lock it every time we left. The value of the price against the property feels too much to want you get.

geet value and local to town center

much better equipped than i expected, with plated, cutlery and microwave as well as kettle and fridge. there was also an electrical heater and a radiator/towel rail in the bathroom that kept the room warm enough

the loo made some strange noises when some one in another room moved theirs, but with the door closed i didn't really notice it

It’s was overall utterly disappointing, was not worth the price that I paid for it

The room and items in it were dirty, the hallway was also dirty, there were continuous noises and disturbance throughout and no regards for customers safety, the lights in the hallway were not working and was only fixed on the last day of my stay, the internet was also not working properly, what you see in the pictures is different from what is there, there was no kitchen despite it being advertised, you simply get a kettle, fridge and a dirty microwave

My wife and I had no complaints, we would certainly recommend it to anyone who was looking for a good Guesthouse in Swansea. I have short-term memory loss, so can’t remember any other details; all I know is that apart from the stairs being difficult, we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

As I have arthritis, a ground-floor room would be preferable. Also, if the limited car parking space is full, it’s not easy to find on-road parking nearby - and given that I have mobility issues - making it a considerable inconvenience.

Apartament 43b in nice size, two bedrooms both with bathroom which is very useful when you are with family ,nice big kitchen,with equipment,washing machine with dryer love it ,back door stright to parking.Free parking love it.Very good localisation walk distance to marine,beach,town . Moud in the corners and in bathrooms,noisy from other flats, bad smell,early time for check out (10 am) my little one wake up at 9am so was really rush for her, in my expirence check out is at 12pm.Double bed too small with horible materace

Vile! Avoid at all costs!

The hallway and stairs to the room were in poor condition and dirty. The building has been converted in a very cynical way, with all, and I mean ALL of the walls being covered with UPVC sheeting. This would have made it quick and easy to apply without the need for much prep and cheap to maintain long term. However, it makes the place feel awful for guests. I have used Portakabin shower block’s recently and this room had a very similar feel to that. The room was not clean. There were dirty footprints in the bathroom, and bits on the floor throughout the bedroom; the place needed mopping with clean water. Both of the beds had hairs on the pillows. Similarly, the shower had hairs on the walls and the tray. One might expect some of the above in the cheapest, rent by the hour rooms, however, at £90 a night it is appalling value for money. We were so disgusted with the room we used our own sleeping bags and pillows, and we didn’t use the room for the second night we had booked. I will be contacting Booking.com and pointing out the potential reputational damage a place like this could mean for them.

Overall we are happy with our stay. it was comfortable.

We spend nice three weeks in this apartment. The rooms are big and bright and the pictures on Booking are corresponding with the actual apartment. Everything that was said on booking that is here, it really was (dishes, hair dryer, shampoo, hair conditioner, towels...). We would especially like to compliment quick responses. We wrote them couple of times and we always get a very quick response. Location of building is good and the area is well conected with main city. Neighbourhood is quiet also. Overall we are happy with our stay, the place is really comfortable, we felt like home there. We would recommend the apartment to others and we would come back there.

Apartment was not really clean when we came, the floor was dirty and the mattresses should be changed soon. The doors are really heavy and it is a bit annoying becouse you can not leave them open (or when someone from the upper apartment let go the doors, they make huge noise).

Did the job!

Me and my partner stayed here because we had a photoshoot in Wales. When I originally saw the street view on Google Maps, I had very low expectations and was just hoping it was at least sleepable. However when we got into the room, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and clean the room was. Definitely suited our needs! Very happy there WAS towels, as we forgot ours. Communication with company was professional and helpful!

If you are in a rush to get into the room - make sure you pay the deposit in advance so you can get your code ready to get the keys etc. Not the best area - but only a 5/10 minute drive to the town centre. The hallway entering the building definitely could do with a clean. If you're looking for a totally peaceful stay - probably not the best place as you can hear other peoples doors/bathroom/showers noises. Luckily our other guests weren't too noisy. There was a TV - but no batteries in the remote. We had to go get some.

There were tea mugs but no teaspoons. No pressing iron. A kitchenette wouldn't have been a bad idea. A sweeping brush was provided but no dustpan. Non immediate refund of deposit. Not good at all. The building itself was too chocky. Not spacious at all.

Most of the heating didn't work , the place opens directly onto a pavement and road!.parking is a hassle. The kitchen was dirty. The floor was dirty all throughout the place.
