Nothing significant to complain.

Nice big room, good sized shower, fridge, crockery, cutlery, kettle, microwave, WiFi all good. As a woman I loved that sanitary bags were provided as it was a Macerator waste system. All in all a comfortable stay.

Bed was very, very lumpy despite mattress topper, needs replacing urgently. Great to have a TV but the fire channels version difficult to access. I think this should be pre subscribed by the vendor. Next time I would choose a room on the North side of the house as the tiny single window and restricted opening made it very very hot and stuffy despite a fan although I understand why.

The property was just a short walk from Swansea Marina, with its many restaurants and bars. It was a 15 minute walk to the shopping area of the city. The double bed in our room was comfortable and the shower was efficient. There were plenty of towels. A kettle was provided with complimentary tea and coffee. There was also a refrigerator and microwave in the room. An electric fan was provided, which we appreciated as there was a heatwave during our stay.

As I don't possess a smartphone and therefore have no access to the internet while travelling, our hosts had agreed to telephone me at an agreed time to provide me with details about accessing the property via a code to a lock box containing the key. However, we didn't receive a call and I had to ring them myself to get the information. As mentioned above, there was a heatwave during our stay, and although an electric fan had been provided, I estimate that the temperature in our room to have been around 30 degrees. Unfortunately a lock had been placed on the one window in our room so that it could only be opened a few inches. This prevented a sufficient amount of air to flow through the room to cool the temperature. Only a limited amount of crockery was provided, with no cereal bowls. The signal on the flat-screen TV in our room repeatedly cut out, causing picture break up and loss.
