The condo is very close to the beach and a 5 min walk to a grocery store. The management is very responsive and has taken care of all of our requests.

Close to the beach, nice little apartment
Could have been a bit cleaner - the shower and floors were clean, but every shelf or drawer was grimy with old bits of hair and dust on them. And the towels were terrible!!! Extremely covered in lint to the point of being unusable. The drier lint trap had clearly never been emptied, my husband found what appeared to be a full cushion of lint attached to it.
