About this apartment rental
This is a fabulous, newly custom made,renovated apartment on the top floor of a historic building located west(for the sunset) facing the magnificent calm waters of Carlisle Bay & Bayshore Beach. The apartment is on the only beach on the south coast with West Coast conditions, but instead with white powdery sand. With stunning sunset views of sailboats and the deep water harbour, the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and looks over the Beach with a charming garden view.There are four different kind of palms. The apartment is fully equipped for self catering. The apartment has a 46 inch smart TV, and wifi.

The apartments have 46 inch smart TVs Wi-fi /Blue tooth access and accommodate 110/220 supply throughout. Next to the property is ample parking .

Our Neighbours are the Government Head quarters, with the open esplanade right next to us. we have places ,where you can try some local food close by. Opposite from us, across the road, 100 feet from us is the "Bay View Clinic" private hospital. international clientele.
Public Transport in all directions is near by .

Clean unit with a great location and well equipped amenities. Gregory was very helpful in getting us situated and gave us some helpful tips about Barbados that made our stay on the island great. Communication was super easy and Nolan was awesome helping us with beach chairs, umbrellas and more. This was a great value for what you get and we look forward to returning one day!

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Barbados. The property was extremely clean and well maintained, everything was exactly as described, if not better.Greg was fantastic to work with, very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made everything seamless from start to finish.And the view… pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person and honestly one of the highlights of the entire trip.This was one of those places you don’t want to leave. We’ll absolutely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Barbados.

My wife and I enjoyed a week at this location in early December 2016. We rented the Penthouse Suite and it is everything it promises to be and more. The "more" being the service that the is provided by the owner manager!We chose this location as we wanted to be close to the start of the Barbados Marathon. You couldn't get closer than this, as the event takes place on the Esplanade which is just next door to this vacation rental. Yet, the soundproofing of this building is so good that you wouldn't know that a sporting event is taking place just outside of your accommodations! The pictures provided with this property are exactly as portrayed. As are all of the extra's that are mentioned; the umbrellas, the BBQ, the deck chairs. Upon arrival, there was also a bottle of wine waiting for us to enjoy which was most appreciated. Both of the bedrooms are air conditioned, the floors are all nicely tiled and the best area of all is the huge open air terrace. (The air conditioning is nice to have but we found we didn't really use it a lot as the air here is so nice.) The furnishings are all modern and very up to date. There is a safe in the room, Bluetooth accessories and a big screen TV....not that we used these that much either as we were always at the beach or out seeing the sights. Also, power is available for both North American and European travelers which I find is a very nice feature. Shopping and eating out are just short walks and/or bus rides away. There is really no need for a car when you stay here. Besides, the short walk out your door and to the beach is where you'll probably be spending most of your time. The beach here is tremendous and it truly is where all of the snorkel tour companies come to look for turtles. The water was always calm, clear, completely safe and yes, there were turtles present.We will certainly return here the next time we come to Barbados! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!
