Het is een heel ruim appartement met een nog groter terras met magnifiek uitzicht op het Iseomeer. Er was goed en snel contact met eigenaar via WhatsApp.
Eigenlijk voldeed alles aan onze wensen. Ivm de warme dagen 30+, helpt het om gordijnen/luiken dicht te houden, waardoor het je natuurlijk daglicht kan missen. De airco moet flink werken om kamer en slaapkamer koel te houden.

Location is amazing. Parking on site. Views and sun.
Internet did not work at first and took a while to sort out. The terrace is super dirty on the tikes which then makes the inside floor dirty. It did not look like it had been cleaned. Grudge smelt funny and old milk was there. No extra sheets or lightweight duvet. No soap or other extra helpful things like a jug to boil water. Just needs some better attention to detail and cleanliness.

Rymligt med stor terrass och kök.
Bra kaffemaskin, och bra med tvättmaskin.
Kunde funnits mer hyllor och galgar för att hänga upp kläder, samt brödrost, disklapp och torktrasa. Svårt att torka kläder om det är blött ute.

Absolutely stunning location and views in the small town of Paratico overlooking lake Iseo. The town seems to be a a retirement village and has a very calm quiet feel - very nice for relaxing and enjoying the sun and views. The house was fully equipped and comfortable and had literally everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Would definitely return for another stay.
The place was a bit dirty and needed a vacuum. In addition there were spots here and there which required cleaning, as well as the shower. Please pay attention to this as cleanliness is important for the. health of your tenants. Besides this, I have absolutely no complaints, our stay was amazing !
