The location was perfect! A previous review said the surrounding area was being developed, but at the time of our stay, there were lots of cafes, grocery shops, pharmacies m, a dentist and nail & beauty bars! It was such a handy place! We had two treatments at MT Young Beauty, which were excellent & we enjoyed a couple of breakfasts in the Artisan Bakery. Quick & easy Grab services into centre.

The ‘balcony’ wasn’t a balcony that you could sit on. The main bed was quite uncomfortable & noisy! We could have done with two room cards. Hand soap in the bathroom would have been good (we’ve left ours!).

I liked the size of the apartment, the efficient air conditioning and the services of the house. There were several cafes, markets, beauty services and some restaurants nearby. The apartment is modern and clean. The room also had a great view of the city!

The only negatives I can give are that the soundproofing is not good and you have to pay in cash. However, there is an ATM nearby and the staff is really friendly, so it was easy to get cash. But these are just small things in the big picture. :)

As a new listing on booking I was a bit hesitant at first. But as we wanted an apartment stay with our family that was located a bit outside of district 1 but still close, we made the booking for this apartment in district 7. And so happy we did! The communication with the host before arrival was clear and kind. Instructions were very easy to follow and no hussle with checking in. We loved the two bedroom apartment. It gave us just that bit of extra space we needed for our stay in HCM. The apartment was well equipped with all you need as a traveller (from shampoo, a fridge cooking equipment and if needed even a washing machine). Pool and play area in the apartment complex was lovely. And WiFi was working excellent. For small groceries there are lots of small supermarkets and bakeries at the entrance of the building.

The area around the hotel is still under development, so there are some places to eat around. But if you need more options you will need to take a Grab. (Easy though)
