    It’s a decent place to stay for a few days, offering reasonable prices and some basic amenities for a comfortable visit.

    We stayed for 2 weeks. Overall it was very pleasant. Staff was helpful and reacted very quickly to our messages. Bedlinnen and towels were replaced every 3/4 days and they did some superficial cleaning. Location is super convenient next to Vincom center. A few downsides: I would have like to have known upfront that the apartment was on a high floor (42nd), pool is only for residents and that we were given more of the basic amenities like papertowels, extra towels, extra garbage bags, handsoap.

    I booked for 14 days at this place. 1st day, the host put me in another room from what I booked and said that my room wasn't ready and that they can move me to my room the next day which was a total inconvenience since I wanted to unpack and get situated. They moved me the next day and I asked about the swimming pool which was included in the booking, he said they no longer have that and agoda has made a mistake by not taking that down on the website. I had to pay 100,000 vnd per day to have my sheets and towels exchanged which I didn't mind paying but they should clearly state that in the booking. Location was okay which was a little further than advertised to center of Ho Chi Minh D1. That apartment was okay but they should have a better system next time to make sure that the customer gets what they pay for.
