    I was very disappointed with the service and communication from the staff. At the last minute, while we were already in the lobby, the staff informed us that the unit we had booked had been changed due to his mistake. This was very inconvenient and should have been communicated to us in advance. More seriously, when we entered the unit at around 1:50 PM (Vietnam time), the room had not been cleaned yet. The staff kept giving us different explanations and blaming each other instead of taking responsibility for the situation. There was also no apology or proper communication. As a result, we had to wait for more than an hour before the room was ready. This was a very unpleasant experience, especially after a long journey. Not recommend Đội ngũ nhân viên thiếu trách nhiệm, đùng đẩy cho nhau. Báo sai unit ngay lúc mình đã tới lobby mặc dù đã thông báo cho bạn ấy trước 1 tiếng đồng hồ khi mình đáp sân bay. Đến giờ nhận phòng dù đã 1:50 chiều. Nhưng phòng chỉ mới bắt đầu dọn. Nhân viên cứ nói dối 5-10 phút trông khi mình đang ở ngay tại unit. Và kết quả mình phải đợi hơn 1 tiếng mới check in. Không hài lòng và không giới thiệu cho người khác cũng như không quay lại nếu team này không đổi.

    C'est un endroit formidable avec de nombreux équipements, comme à la maison. Situé à côté du plus haut bâtiment du Vietnam, il est également très facile de se rendre au District 1 en taxi. Bref, un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

    This is a great apartment, well-equipped with the amenities and tools needed for a family home. It offers convenient access to taxis right at the lobby, and there is an underground parking garage (costing around 40,000 VND per day) if you are traveling by motorbike, making it an excellent choice for getting around.
