    As this is a residential apartment, entering the lift lobby is a problem. The staff stationed at the lobby will have to open the door to the lift lobby for you, then you can use the access card given to you to use the lifts to get to your floor. If the staff is not at the lobby, there is no way to enter the lift lobby.

    The apartment that we stayed at was very clean and well kept, aside from the ceiling light at the kitchen that wasn’t working but we didn’t mind as we didn’t use the kitchen. It was easy to get to the places we wanted to go by Grab and there are multiple convenience stores within a short walk. Vincom Center is right behind as well. The host was very helpful with clear instructions provided to retrieve the access card, door access code, and responded very promptly to each question asked on WhatsApp. I’d recommend to stay here.

    The owner never informed me that facility fees incurred a 300k VNd fee. There was no information on this at all until arrival. It was very hot and my kids wanted to swim and they wanted to charge a fee and a registration. I’ll take to 2-3 days which is when we’re going at depart. I swap key didn’t work and couldn’t get access to the main lift. Kinda date I will not stay here again. And I did not recommend this to anyone. Please look somewhere else.
