Anna's Boutique is a lovely new apartment styled guest house located in the leafy suburb of District 7. The rooms are immaculately new and super clean equipped with a nice sized television with streaming services. We loved everything, from the new wooden flooring, to the comfortable beds and the spacious pristine bathroom in the King sized studio.
The area has lots of great Korean and Vietnamese restaurants, a pedestrian only sky garden walkway (500m) nearby with many eateries and coffee shops. There is also a swimming pool and tennis courts location about 100m from the property and the VivoCity shopping mall about 600m with more great restaurants and a cinema.
The neighbourhood also feels extremely safe and the traffic is much more relaxed than the city centre. Finally all the reception and cleaning staff are very helpful.
A note to potential guests who are new to Asia: please respect the property and take shoes off in the rooms.

Very friendly staff and incredibly accomadating
It's not in district 1 or near it. Not an issue for me as I wanted a relaxed spot, but just something of note for others. Very much enjoyed the area with near by bakeries and cafes/shops. Incredibly walkable
