Excellent location, and a lovely welcome pack that was more than expected.
Outside space was nice to sit out in as very secluded. Parking not a issue either.
The downstairs lounge was cold and maybe the provision of a fan heater as too much bother to do the wood burner.

Property was exactly as described and photos. Location was central and walking 5 mins to Kelso center, shops and restaurants, bars and walking distance to the race course (if visiting for the races like we were)
A lovely welcome basket on our arrival including fresh bread, croissants, milk, wine, water ..
One of nicest welcomes we’ve had.
The house is decorated lovely and spacious.
Also having logs/kindling to use the fire available was nice touch as been places before and couldn’t use until went out to shop..
