Everything was great , customer service , the property and communication after booking as I wanted to book early check in , would recommend

A beautiful property that was spotlessly cleaned, everything we needed was available on such a beautiful site. The hot tub was a perfect extra. Everything is so well maintained, staff are attentive and friendly. A little gate leads to a riverside walk which is lovely especially if you are taking the dog with you. Close to many local towns for exploring. Absolutely amazing place to visit.

The tv signal drops out now and then, doesn’t bother us but it could some folks. We just enjoyed the peace and quiet

Very spacious, clean & tidy. A good location & the hot tub was brilliant

The only issue was the mattress on the double bed which I advised staff on check out,, it was past its best & we could feel the springs

it was clean, the location was great and there were nice walks nearby. the staff in reception were kind and informative and they were quick to help when we needed extra bedding/towels.

The caravan walls were wafer thin, leading to excessive temps and we could hear the conversations of the people in the hot tubs or on the decking next door to us etc... as the windows needed to be left open at night due to the temp, you could hear the excessive noise from other people (despite a warden on site) so it was... either noise or heat pretty much the whole time and this led to a lot of disrupted sleep. On the flip side, it didn't feel private, our hot tub was overlooked by the neighboring caravan but not by us, so we didn't let the kids use it for that reason. It would also be nice to not look at the tail end of my car when in the hot tub - another fence panel would make things more private. There is also only one car charger which is a trickle charger.... it would be useful to have a fast car charging option. there was also a hole in the door to the main bedroom and the sofa bed was damaged by a previous user.
