My guest and I really enjoyed the unit itself and how well-maintained it was. The apartment was clean, and the appliances looked practically brand new, which made it feel very well cared for. We were also impressed by the security of both the property and our unit, which helped us feel safe throughout our stay. We loved being so close to the river, and overall we thought the apartment offered excellent value for the price. Check in and check out we’re both very smooth and straightforward and the hosts were very responsive and helpful over the chat.

While we enjoyed the unit itself, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The dishwasher continuously beeped due to what appeared to be an error and ultimately had to be unplugged after troubleshooting with the host. More concerning was the surrounding area. While walking to the parking lot one evening, I was followed by an unhoused man and had to run into the gated lot to avoid him. Although this was outside the property’s control, it left my guest and me feeling very unsafe, especially as two young women. We also found a vape hidden behind a couch cushion on our last night, suggesting the couch had not been thoroughly cleaned between guests. Finally, I was promised a refund for one unused parking pass after my guest’s vehicle became undrivable before our trip. Although I was assured the refund would be processed, I have still not received it or any update despite following up multiple times.
