Everything it was beautiful nice clean welcoming.

Needed 2 bedrooms

The location was perfect, just steps from the Arch. We came for the skating championships and were able to walk to the arena. Many restaurants are local and there is a sweet coffee shop on the next corner. The apartment was huge! We were very comfortable. Two large tv sets with many channels. Well appointed kitchen. Upon entering the building we found a large luggage cart which made taking our suitcases up in the elevator easy. Also appreciate the modern airport type water fountain in the lobby. Don't miss the Wax Museum on the next block!

This probably cannot be fixed as the building is an old warehouse or factory, but there is no window in the bedroom or bathroom.

Clean

The pillows are for giraffes. We couldn’t sleep on any of them because they are too thick for human use. No idea that the teaspoons were in a hidden drawer in the top of the dishwasher until the last morning. Not easy to get in and out with all the fobs required.

The apartment was well equipped as described and the location was ideal for my travel purposes (trade fair in the congress center).

Communication with the accommodation provider was unsatisfactory, the Wi-Fi hardly worked, and even the TV, which was supposed to work via Wi-Fi, often didn't work. Requests for a key to one of the Wi-Fi networks with a stronger signal were not answered, nor were requests for an invoice. Since requests via booking.com were also not answered, I had to call before leaving Germany to obtain relevant information, such as how to access the apartment.
