Proximity to the arch (if you are interested to stay in that area). Interesting architecture and a good attempt of remodeling old industrial buildings into attractive lofts. Overnight parking fee ($25) is fair for that area, I think.

1) The bed linens fee ($50) is the most awkward extra item added to the bill I have seen in hotels so far. If this is an extra fee, should I have the choice and bring my linens? Should we go further and charge extra fee for a bed, bathroom, electricity, using a lift, ...? 2) The cleaning fee (again: an extra item on the bill) is $150 per stay, what is rather high as cleaning a small apartment. But my apartment was not cleaned well after previous guests. The coffee machine was dirty and there was some very strong, artificial smell of a refresher (some flower scent), that I could not locate where it is coming from and how to stop it. I am allergic to artificial scents. If the apartment needs artificial strong scents, it should be either cleaned or remodeled instead. 3) The messages sent by the host were contradicting and confusing. In one message the host was asking to reserve the parking 48 hours before the arrival. But the check-in instructions were sent at 8am in the day of arrival. With other, duplicated messages and requests. I would suggest to simplify this communication and send everything indeed 48 hours before arrival. Requesting various things and communicating with the guests in the day when they travel add unnecessary stress to the travel.

The location, unit, and hosts were fabulous!
