Very spacious apartment with a lot of thoughtful accessories. Need to be advised that there is no lift and that there is very little still open in the area.

Need to advise people that there is no lift & a lot of stairs for people with cases like ourselves & that there is very little still open in the area if you are looking for food & drinks.

I liked the apartment. It was beautiful and clean.

Rachel the host was very unprofessional. I was going to St. Louis to visit my mother who was sick. I took the train and booked a rental car and my stay at this location. I did not recall seeing an additional fee for parking. Rachel messaged me and told me I had not paid the parking fee, I told her I thought it was included. She then messaged me back and said, it was not included and if I didn't want to pay the fee I was more than welcome to cancel. I felt like this comment was smart Alec and unprofessional. Of course I could cancel, anyone can cancel anything but it needed not be said in this manner. I messaged her back and let her know I would not cancel that I would pay the $75.00 parking fee. I also said, why would I cancel when my booking was non refundable. Rachel then called my phone. I told her I was on the train and would call her when I arrived. She kept talking. I told her again, that I was on the train, and would call her when I got there. She kept talking. I hung up. She then sent me a message telling me that she was a professional and listing her resume. I was really irritated at this point because, I had just told her that I would call her when I get there. Once I arrived and got settled with my rental car, I called Rachel. Her husband Joel answered. Joel took over my stay from that point and things got better. Overall it was a good stay. Rachel the host, was my only problem. She was very unprofessional.

We loved everything about this property. It was close tot the convention center for our conference as well as close to walking trails and eating options.

There was nothing we found to complain about. It was a perfect stay!

Beautiful loft in a great central location with historic character. We spent a week here and appreciated all of the practical functionality, including the well-appointed kitchen and bedroom. If you are a light sleeper, you should be aware that it is next to a busy highway that is fairly loud. We would definitely stay here again!
